How do I place my order?
When viewing an item, click the 'Add to cart' button; or for apparel, select the size from the drop down menu below the product description, then click 'Add to cart'. You will be taken to your Cart.
How can I pay?
This site uses Paypal as a safe and secure method of payment. Paypal is an internationally recognised online transaction service, giving you the benefits of fraud protection and simplicity of use. Alternatively, if you don't have a Paypal account, you can pay by credit or debit card at the checkout.
I've pulled my print out of the tube and it's curled up. How do I fix this?
If you're awaiting framing or would simply like to flatten your print; unroll the poster, place a few books on it and have it rest for a couple days.
What is your return policy?
Our posters are packed in sturdy, damage-resistant test tubes, but on occasion mail carriers somehow manage to mangle them. NOMO accepts returns if notified within seven days of receipt of your item. If there is a physical fault with your purchase or you have received the incorrect item, please report the fault / error as soon as possible to info @ nomodesign.com.
If you return an item of clothing, it must be returned in its original condition. Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or a refund will be issued.
Do you deliver worldwide?
We ship internationally to most destinations with the US Postal Service. Delivery is usually made within 1 week for orders within the continental US, or 2-4 weeks worldwide. The cost of delivery is displayed at the checkout stage of your order.
*Please note: Orders shipped outside of the U.S. may be subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees.
Can I track my order?
Prints are shipped either First Class or Priority and you will receive a Delivery Confirmation number when your item has shipped. The accuracy of the tracking is not reliable for international orders as orders move out of the USPS through Customs and your local delivery service.
How is your shipping calculated?
Shipping costs are kept simple. Shipping is calculated on the actual cost to package and ship a single print. For multiple items in an order, shipping costs do not increase.
How do your shirts fit?
We’ve included a sizing chart on each t-shirt product page, but in general all apparel is slim-fit.
How do I care for my NOMO shirt?
To keep a NOMO shirt looking fresh, it’s best to wash it inside out in cold water and then line dry it. You can also tumble dry it on the lowest heat setting. If you dry it on high heat it may, like all products made of fine cotton, slightly shrink.
Do you produce custom posters or t-shirts?
If you're interested in something not found on the site, feel free to drop us a line at info (at) nomodesign.com as we're always adding prints to the shop. We currently do print custom Airport Runway posters, which can be ordered at http://shop.nomodesign.com/product/custom-runway-screenprint. Just add to cart, check out and include a note as to which Airport you'd like. Due to the economies of scale and demand, unfortunately we can't produce custom t-shirts.
